Hi 👋 I’m Jay, 25yo Tall (195 cm), sporty, and always full of energy. I used to work in construction - noise, dirt, constant rush. At some point, I realized I didn’t want to live “someday” anymore. I wanted to live now. Here I share my lifestyle, thoughts, moods, humor, and fun moments from my day. I enjoy movement, staying in shape, and feeling good in my body - and in my life. I’m also starting to grow my hair long 😁 For how long? We’ll see. Maybe one day it turns into a big moment - or something fun we create together. This is just the beginning.
